It was a good team effort to help New Zealand reach 7-143 off their 20 overs, as they displayed much more positive intent with their footwork than in previous matches. Australia looked in a bit of trouble after the dismissal of Perry saw them fall to 3-44 but Litchfield showed her full array of shots on her way to 64 not out, ensuring the visitors couldn't set a field to build some pressure.
